What we collect

When you contact us or enquire about our services, we may collect: - Your name, email address and phone number - Your business name and what you're looking for help with - Any other details you choose to share with us We collect this when you fill in a form on our website, submit an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, email us, call us, or message us on social media. When you visit our website, we may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar tools (see below). How we use it We use your information to: - Respond to your enquiry and talk to you about your project - Provide our services, send quotes and invoices, and manage our work together - Send you updates about our work or offers, where you've agreed to this. You can opt out at any time - Understand how people use our website and ads so we can improve them We do not sell your personal information. Who we share it with We share information only where needed to run our business: - Service providers we use to operate, such as our website host (Readymag), email and cloud storage providers, accounting software, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for enquiry forms and advertising - Professional advisers such as our accountant, where relevant - Where the law requires it Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand, including in the United States and Europe. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected to a standard comparable to New Zealand law. Cookies and advertising tools Our website and our ads may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure how our website and ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site or engaged with our content. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. How long we keep it We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires (for example, invoicing records). Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time. Keeping it safe We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe. Your rights You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time.
